The Greyter HOME is Selected for Lytton Living Townhomes

Pagé Design Construction Solutions in collaboration with Downing Street Group are nearing the completion of their development in mid-town Toronto that will incorporate the award-winning Greyter HOME water recycling solution within each of the homes. Lytton Living is a 6 unit luxury townhouse development located on Avenue Road in one of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The Greyter HOME is a compact, fully automated water recycling system that can help reduce indoor water consumption by as much as 25% in a family home. The system was designed to capture water from showers and bathtubs, treat it to near potable quality and provide clear, odor-free water to meet a home’s toilet flushing demands. At Lytton Living, each Greyter HOME draws rainwater from a common collection tank to reduce the stormwater discharge in addition to reducing household water consumption.
