Dana has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the McMaster Univeristy and has advanced technical knowledge in the fields of thermo-fluids,heat transfer, turbomachinery, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). As Manager Technical Sales – Residential Homes, Dana provides technical analysis and support to the Sales Departments along with installation and commissioning support to plumbers, installers and maintenance providers.
