Greyter Receives Strategic Investment From Geranium Corporation

Greyter Water Systems a leading provider of water recovery and reuse technology management solutions, today announced that Geranium Corporation has made a minority investment in the Company. Headquartered in Markham, Geranium Corporation is one of Ontario’s few fully integrated land development and building companies. Geranium has been developing and building family communities across Southern Ontario for 35 years.  Geranium has an established record of sustainable development practices which include water conservation measures and enhanced stormwater management at the community level. With over 30 years experience in land development and construction, the company’s key objectives are compatible with Greyter’s future plans.

Boaz Feiner, President of Housing Division Geranium Homes, will join Greyter Water Systems’ Board of Directors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This investment strengthens Greyter’s ability to deliver commercial systems to the marketplace. Not only will the investment enhance Greyter’s capability to increase sales, it will also promote opportunities for collaboration between the companies for commercial and residential installations.
